FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. When will I receive my order?
The expected delivery time for all orders is currently 7-14 business days. Due to new customs regulations for shipments to the U.S., some orders may experience slight delays. If your order takes longer than expected, please reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
2. How do I track my order?
Please use our Tracking page.
3. Why isn't my tracking number working?
Please note that it is completely normal for tracking location information to take up to a week to update from the day you place your order. Whilst your tracking information is updating, it will show 'We are preparing your order' or 'Info Received'. Please be assured that this means your order has been packed and is on its way to you!
4. My order says delivered but I have not received it?
Please note that tracking information is sometimes updated before the order is physically delivered. We ask you allow at most 3 days after your order has been marked as delivered to physically receive it. In any case, please feel free to always reach out to us if you are concerned about the status of your order.
5. Can I change the address on my order?
Generally once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. However, please still contact us and we will do our best.
6. Why is the packaging different?
Some of our products still come in the old packaging as we gradually transition to the new design. However, the ingredients and functionality remain exactly the same, so you can expect the same great quality and benefits.
